:) Can a person (business) with an FFL registered in two states (say WA and OR) accept a pistol in one state and then transport it to the other state and deliver it? For example, I am a resident of WA. I buy a gun from someone in OR. Can the OR seller deliver it to the FFL and that same FFL drive across the river to WA and deliver it to me?
