    That's awful, I'm so sorry. I hope they can get this settled quickly so you can get your business back up and running as soon as possible. So glad you and your dog got out safely.

    "This was the second warehouse fire on the property in the past six months. In May, a large fire ripped through a warehouse on the property and spread to a neighboring building. Investigators said that fire did not appear suspicious."

    Sorry to hear this, but glad everyone came out safe. You can replace what was in the shop, you can't replace you or your dog .
