I need Trijicon sights intalled on my XD-where to go?

As the title states, I need to find someone to install sights on my XD40sc. I'm in Eugene and would prefer local, but I would be willing to drive a bit to have it done and back in my holster quickly. I took it to barons den and someone there said they could "give it a try with a hammer and punch"........not really what I was looking for.

If it wasn't my EDC I would send it over to Springer precision in bend, but I don't want to be without it that long.

Any help would be appreciated.
