I used 99pawn on Hwy 99 in Milwaukie/Gladstone area. I did a transfer with a guy from Vancouver and it was the cheapest I could find. It was 25 bucks with the background fee included. Other places charged up to 50 bucks. Hope this helps.

I use Money Market Pawn on 136th & Powell. He charges $20 per firearm plus the $10 background check. He will fax or email his FFL to the sender at no extra charge.
