I got to shoot my own AR15 for the first time yesterday, and it was AWESOME!!!!!!.:gun11:

This AR was built by nhuman, and was eating junk ammo all afternoon with no problems. Got my new 3 x 9 scope sighted in and those 5 liter beer cans never stood a chance. We also shot at several other targets, and this thing is as accurate as my Walther G22.


This AR is a blast to shoot, and now accurate as any rifle I have shot.

Hey How many yards out were you with that scope? I have that same scope... FN? after i got it sighted it i was hittin Silver dollar size targets at 100 yards.

If its the same one i have its a FM Optics FM3926T 3-9x26. Its got a IL Blue reticle, for around 60 bucks its a real good scope

Glockguy, thanks for the model number. I got this new without box at a recent Portland show(got it for $64). It does have the IL blue reticle. I really like it, plus if the battery for the light up reticle goes dead, I at least still have the black crosshairs available. That beats a red dot type everytime.

Once sighted in, we were getting around quarter size groups at about 40- 50 yards. We weren't at a range, but on BLM land, using a tree stump for a base to shoot from. I will be taking it to the range in the near future to see what kind of groups I get at 100 yards.

I am also curious to see what kind of groups I can get when I get some good quality ammo for it.

Bajablast- May I suggest you get a riser for your scope ( I don't see that you have one on your gun in the pic) you can pick them up for about $20. You will notice that you will be able to look through the scope SOOOOO much better. heres a pic of my AR,

U see how the Scope sits about an inch or 2 higher? makes a HUGE difference

The Riser was 20
The Houge Grip was 20
light was 40 (Its the one I actually got for my shotty)
Flashlight mount was 42
The lazer was 80
Rail was 75
Fore grip was 20
20 round Magpul Magazine was 15.
Aftermarket Gas Block 40

So grand total - $1,212

Well the key is to buy parts here n there... Not all at once... Its taken me about 3 months to get wat iv got on that gun
