It's the same story they've been saying since 94 about the loopholes. Nothing new.

And we know it's not a "loophole" it's a private sale, like selling your car.

There is no way they can regulate private sales especially if the guns are not registered to the seller to start with. If they don't know you have it they wont know you sold it... I have only one hand gun that was bought new from a store ! Everything else I have was bought used or was handed down to me.

Only the goverment or those who worship the goverment, would think... selling ones private property to another private individual without getting the goverments blessing first is a loophole.
