You had me worried there! I thought you were brewing your own as well as making all that excellent food you tease us with!
I used to brew Beer 15 years ago the problem was my alcohol consumption increased proportionately!
I look at it this way no time to drink beer if you are brewing it:laugh: That is why I would rather just pick up a Keg at Widmer or the Kennedy School:thumbup:

Heat it up and serve, the way mead is supposed to be distributed.

I first drank mead at one of those Renaissance Fairs... I was dating this German chick at the time and had nothing else better to do on this particular Saturday, anyway I had enjoyed about a bottle and half and left convinced that this was truly the nectar of the Gods.
Scandinavians consider Mead, which is made with honey, to be the drink of the Vikings.
I'm intrigued with this mead you speak of... What's the % on that stuff?

I have a strawberry sweet mead that I made about 10 months ago in the fridge, It is sooooo tasty.
