    So, way off topic, but have you tried Sriracha hot sauce?

    I seem to eat it on just about everything....

    I know....I need help.

    I like to mix it with sour cream for a all purpose topping....

    Mmmmm, Tacos....burritos.....Ice cream.....

    I prefer Sambal Oelek or Shatta, but Sriracha is good as well.

    I don't eat it often, but we had it in the lunch room at work. They didn't call it Sriracha though. They called it cock sauce...Because of the rooster.

    I tend to use Sriracha as a condiment and Sambal Olek for cooking. Love them both! Also, hot sesame oil. Makes the best peanut sauce!
