Bulldozers are not effective they only push things out of the way...these on the other hand
Further, there will be more future 'initiatives' to bemoan in OR & WA cuz absolutely nobody has decided where the root of the problem is...the 1900's instituted initiative program, and even begun to attack this concept as outdated and is a loophole to by pass these state's legislative processes and manipulate state laws for their self-promoting rich folk's interests to implement on citizens.
