The only reason I don't want to take the training now is to delay any more firearm purchases for now. I need to focus on training on what I already have.

If you train with one, and buy duplicates of it, the training crosses over perfectly

Ahh, the key is not in WA...

I'm not registering guns, ever.

Maybe more gun shops will start to support the lawsuits like Dan @Sporting Systems is doing when they loose business instead of waiting for others to do it for them.


You can bet I'll keep buying and building guns though.

I just did the online version put out by Sporting Systems. It was very nicely done and informative. Nicer still that I was at work getting paid to do so

After June 30, 2019, before delivering a semiautomatic assault rifle to a purchaser, a dealer must be provided proof that the purchaser has completed a recognized firearm safety training program within the past five years.

With any luck we will only have to do this once.
