Lol!!!Oh hell no! I would not let my kids have a nice classic as their first vehicle. Nope.
My son got my worn out commuter which was a `94 Cougar XR-7 with 145k miles on it.
My daughter got an `83 Toyota 2wd pickup.
Both damaged them in minor fender-benders which were their faults. It's what teens do when learning to drive.
I see rich parents buying their kids brand new Mustangs or Camaros and I just shake my head. They ALWAYS end up wrecking them.
Not to mention the Sherman tank philosophy in a wreck that the bigger vehicle wins. They all will drive this pickup.
True. But the newer stuff is more save for the passengers. But who knows, this is just a gamble all around. Bought this rig for $5k. Worth much more than thatNot to mention the Sherman tank philosophy in a wreck that the bigger vehicle wins.
As the father of 4 now raised daughters...I concur.this is just a gamble all around.
The vehicle will win, but the occupants in an older vehicle without crumple zones and airbags will suffer more injuries. Not to mention the Sherman tank philosophy in a wreck that the bigger vehicle wins.
