Hunter education classes

I need to get my son in to take his hunter ed class before he can go with us this year. Is there anybody that does a weekend class around Portland? He lives with his mom who is a little less than helpful so getting him to class 6-7 times isn't happening. I am hoping there is something out there that he might be able to do in one or two weekends.
