Up for sale is my first and only Hungarian M44. It's a peach to shoot, and accurate as can be. I bought it just three months ago and have only put 43 rounds through it. Cleaned it up a bit, but did not refinish the wood. Stock matches the serial number, buttplate matches, mag floor plate matches. The bolt is renumbered via electro-pencil but not to the serial number on the rifle. Bolt IS Hungarian marked. She's well used but a great shooter. Bore is dark towards the muzzle, but the grooves are sharp and meaty. The bore also shows good shine for the rest of the barrel. As I said, accuracy is no issue with this fine Mosin Nagant. Buy it and you'll complete my purchase of a new-to-me PSL.

Asking $120 obo with NO trades please. Can sell to an OR resident, or willing to carry it to your FFL in Vantucky.

Bump for more info;

This version of the M44 was only made for two years, raising the collectibility of the rifle. The matching numbered stock is a great feature as well. Note that I do entertain the option of offers on the price.
