Beg to differ these laws are being impacted significantly already. Judge Bonitez of the 9th already stated he will make his ruling before the end of the year on California. If I'm correct since we are the same *liberal federal circuit that will also be a DIRECT ruling governing our states as well (both OR and WA) and will pretty much put the kibosh on all their BS.

This bill is good only for the 117th Congress, which ends Jan 3, 2023. If it does not hit Biden's desk before than, it's dead.

I don't think it will get that far. But that does not mean it won't be reintroduced in January.
