    WTS/WTT Howa 1500 .223 stainless with silver Leupold 4.5x14 VX-III all in excellent condition. Sell for $900 with scope OBO or $500 gun alone OBO. Will not sell scope alone! Most interesting trade would be a Benelli Vinci 12ga. 24", if you have something else to trade let's talk.

    What's the twist rate on that Howa?
    What reticle is in the Leupold scope?

    1 in 10 twist and standard duplex in scope.

    Just came from the range, three different reloads, all produced about .75" groups.
    These were not tailored for this gun, just loads that were available.

    Bump for a good gun, i just bought a .270 and i was shooting about the same groups, great accurate gun right out of the box! good luck

    You are right, these are probably the most underrated guns on the market!
