Go to the appropriate forum and start a new thread. The classified forums are down towards the bottom of the forum subsections. You can upload photos by clicking on the icon (3rd from the right icon in the font/size, etc. icons above your post box.

Hit "forum" top of page. Scroll down to classifieds section appropriate to what it is. Click on section when it comes up click on "start new thread" upper left the rest is self explanatory. There is also a sticky at the top for how to post pics.
