According to the screen time report on my iPhone (shows up every Sunday morning on my iPhone) I average 22 minutes a day on my phone. So apparently the colored icons aren't stimulating my brain too much. But I'm old and remember there's a whole world out there outside my phone.

Just spent about 5 hours watching old episodes of The Twilight Zone and enjoyed watching it in B&W. I think kids would freak out if TV was shown in B&W.

Figured out how to do this with my Galaxy, it is a completely different feel. Going to give it a few days and see what if any real difference it makes.
