Around 250 back in the day. Nowadays I routinely lug around 200lbs. compressors and electric motors, but that ain't the same as benchin'... and ALL my violence is handled in-house. ;)

Before my recent shoulder surgery? Her and that keg, which would total out to a little under 300lbs. (160 for a full keg, 120-130 for her).

Now? We'll see once the doc clears me.

Same here, and when I graduated from HS I weighed 154, now I'm up to 180 and 66 years old.

340 when I used to lift. Now I could probably only put up 275.

My best was a double at 365 back in the 80's. Now days as a senior citizen, 8 rep sets at 225 are a good chest day.
