I have some 6mmBR Lapua brass I have reloaded 23 times without ever being annealed. Have not lost a single case so far of the original 100. I bump shoulders about .002 and run a hot load in that rifle. I have hundreds of .223 Lapua brass that has been reloaded more than 20 times without ever being annealed. Have only lost a few of those at most.

Edit - Interesting aspect of this...the smallest 5 shot 5 group I ever shot with the 6BR was after the 20th or so reload. Not advocating annealing or not annealing, just reporting facts.
