The problem won't come from how many you buy it will come from wondering how many your selling and depending on what they find out while they are looking at you they (ATF) might come a knocking with a strong suggestion that if your going to be in the firearms selling business you best get your ducks in a row and the proper Federal Firearms License for being a dealer.

Its happened to at least one forum member who did a lot of buying and selling.

Tell the ATF to shove it. There arent any laws stating how many you can purchase nor the frequency in which you purchase.

That is my point here in this thread. The burden that the state brings upon a law abiding citizen now in days is so great that makes me rethink and make sure I will not end up breaking any laws.
