    Hello,
Any one here knows the limits or laws regarding buying to many guns in a 15 day span in Oregon? I am worried and I think I over stepped the line. Does the State Police inform the ATF? Will the ATF come all tactical to my house? During December I bought a total of 10 rifles,1 lower and a handgun.

So do you really care or just showing us how much buying power you have?
Cause I don't much tell anyone everything I buy. Seems kinda dumb to me

I was thinking the same question just an hour ago when I received an e-mail from an online dealer advertising high quality AR-15 stripped lower receivers for $69.99. And, if you buy 10 or more, they offered free shipping to your FFL.
My first thought, what will an FFL charge if he has to handle 10 receivers. Does he have to process only one background check for 10 receivers?

Yeah the IRS might be kicking in your door, when you report your income for the year and you say you broke even to avoid paying any income tax. The registration hasn't started in Oregon yet, take it easy.

doesnt matter right now, but when they want them, they will know where you are and where your guns are and then they will threaten you with a year in jail and laugh as you run to register them at their police headquarters as they plan on how to "acquire" them from you under the guise of some new public safety law.

Oh, and Obama watches these gun forums like Santa with a list.... who is naughty and who is nice... LOL

According to the gun store I was in,the FFL form only admits 5 firearms because the form only has 5 boxes .So I imagine that there will be two forms. I an also interested in buying some stripped lowers but I might have to wait for a while.

Here you go! The search function in the upper right works great! People should use it and google more often, before they post.

Very informative! This was some of the information I was looking for.
Interesting to learn that buying 2+ handguns requires a report.

Same rules my FFL guy goes by.........makes a lot of sense that I could buy 50 high powered rifles in one day, but if I buy two 22 cal. handguns within 5 days I get on the " special list ".
