Back in 2004 when I got my license, it took the county three (3) weeks to send me my Conceal Handgun License (CHL). Three weeks after my appointment with them I was a very happy boy . Now when I need to change my address or re-new, they give me my license the same day.

Was about a month, like for everybody else. I bet most of that time is consumed by FBI background check.

My hands are too large for that machine, she had a hard time scanning them

Now when I need to change my address or re-new, they give me my license the same day.

I did address change about a year ago. They told me to use the old one until new one comes. Updated one came about 5 days later.
