How do I opt out of notification emails?

I've got mine set up for PMs only. Did it through settings so you should be able to do the same......

Account settings - Preferences - Email options select what you like

Dealing with this now. I've checked everything off related to emails and I'm getting constantly blown up with NWF emails

I looked about 10 times for the settings/preferences and can't find it.

Hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen....
Click on "Preferences"...
Scroll down till you find :
"Email Options"....
Select which ones you want....
Be sure to click "Save" on the bottom of the page.
