How can I remove the ruger 10/22 lasermax from a 10 22...

Ensure the gun is unloaded, bolt locked back.
Two barrel bands are integral to the laser, replacing the factory single barrel band.
With an allen tool, unscrew (loosen) the two barrel band screws until the Lasermax 90417 assembly slides forward and off the forend and barrel.
