How Austria got waylaid

Over on the prep-survival forum there's a great thread called "Most Americans would starve standing next to a cow in a field of wheat", by Patrice Lewis. In one of her blogs she talks about how England is heading into serfdom, and links this great article by Kitty Werthmann about pre-ww2 Austria going into serfdom itself to the Nazis with some obvious corollaries. I've read that story several times, but to me, it was still as powerful as it had been before. Perhaps more so.
