Getting kind of scary? No, we're just getting kind of stupid. I refuse to be a slave to some substance that isn't helping me live a healthier life. I thought most of us were more intelligent than that.

I just hope I'm not wrong.

With the obesity epidemic, people drinking soda, eating food rich in pesticides/ inorganic material, eating fast food, and poly pharmacy id say you're wrong on your assumption: "I thought most of us were more intelligent than that".

That's what I mean. Some person with a robe says what is law and what it means. Until a robe higher up the chain says something different that is the "new law" and new interpretation of it. It's what scares me the most about gun owners voting in these kind of judges. Elect enough of them and say goodby to gun rights.
same can be said about your money .....keep voting in these dems and they will find ways to steal or tax our money
once a year my brother complains his taxes went up again or his gun rights are being stomped on, then he votes democrat and spouts the same tired dem talking points
.......kinda like the majority here

It's like the police believe owning firearms is a privilege.

This certainly illustrates the pitfall of government having lists of firearm owners (4473, CWP, NFA Forms...)

I wonder what T Jefferson would think.....

Yeah I agree wholeheartedly, I've got a couple of liberal friends that are wanting to buy an AR before their banned... They didn't want one before their D legislators demanded to ban them!!!:mad::mad:
And when I try to have a conversation with them about who they vote for and what their vote is doing they both came back with well I'll never vote for an R.
They are hopeless untill the GOV comes for their guns & they both said "thats the day I'LL die"....:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I hate to say it but Democrats aren't the only ones taking away your rights; republicans are in the same swamp.

What Americans ought to do is stay informed, think for themselves, uphold morality, and advocate for themselves and their neighbors. At this point, it's hard to believe most politicians advocate for anyone that isn't feeding their pocketbook.

They lost them because shooters would not band together in significant numbers, open there checkbooks and engage in the bloody fight nessisary to take the issues to the highest courts. The best attorneys admitted to argue at the Supreme Court don't work cheep. In simple language The gun supporters in the state layed down. Like the guys in California, Oregon and Washington. The second amendment is a great tool but someone has to use it. Like any other issue...........talk is cheep.

So..........you answered your own question......feed there pocketbooks.....(if it was only that simple) The key is to openly identify the bad guys wherever they are and root them out. 100% of the modern Democrats are bad guys, maby 30% of the Republicans are. It is your responsibility to see that bad guys are not elected. Instead of buying another 1000 rounds of ammo, it is way past time to identify the good guys and send them some of that money. Talk is cheep.

Agreed, many gun owners are so complacent and believe that there is no way that the 2nd Amendment will be infringed. They will not vote because they don't think it makes a difference and they don't want to be bothered they just want to be left alone to exercise their rights. Sound familiar?

yes there are couple democrats in republican clothing just like the majority of the democratic party is socialist in democrat clothing & as posted above its your responsibility to ferret out the crooks
and gun removal is one of the dems MAIN party lines .... to infer otherwise is ridiculous

lol, I smoke a good bit of weed, but never bothered to tell the gov't, or ask for their permission. Even found a nice engineering job that does not care.

Some of the opinions on here are pretty funny... comparing pot to alcohol, the benefits/reasons of doing it or not, the risks, etc. As far as I can tell, people who haven't had their morning coffee are harder to deal with and more irritable than stoners... and more passionate about getting their fix.

so, let's stop talking in vague terms, who are the good guys and bad guys in your state? I know all my Federal representatives here in Idaho and many of the state guys. Jim Risch is the best, voted the most conservative member of the senate. I am not as high on Crapo. Don't trust him and his soft support of hard core conservative principles. I don't care for Labrador for the same reason. Every time I talk to him he is defensive and borders on dishonest. I love Governor Otter, Lawrence Denny (secretary of state) is a good friend that I trust implicitly. This (Republican) Gov Candidate Tommy Alquist is dangerous, a big city developer and MD.....I have some reservations about Brad Little (I know him too) but will support him for Governor.....as my buddy says, he will most likely be our last rancher Governor. The Democratic candidate will most likely be Balukoff ........he is a huge fraud, claims to be a self made busisness man but his only busisness has been managing his late father in law's fortune....(he is married to Sam Skaggs daughter who I knew well.....one of the richest men in the country) We need to sharpen our weapons and call out these unacceptable candidates specifically by name so they can be destroyed.

Like bad fat, too much sodium, red meat, sugar, nitrates.
None of which are illegal or controlled as per the 4773 Form.

Exercise has helped me when it came to my diet. I get off my @$$ and walk until my ankles begin to hurt. This keeps me at about 190 lbs and my heart is in great condition!

Tell me that smoking Cannabis is going to be healthy for my lungs and heart and just how is this accomplished?

I'm listening.

no point in arguing what pot is better or worse than... it effects people in different ways, just like alcohol, tobacco, red meat and caffeine. Some people handle it well, some people don't. A responsible person knows how these things effect them, and will choose what or if to do them accordingly. Its kind of like the minority of dirtbag gun owners making all the headlines, giving responsible ones the hoops to jump through and the headaches.

Legend has it, over at ar15.com they ban/ned anyone that said they are a dope smoker, even in "jest".

That is correct that both parties have members who are not looking out for us. The problem gun owners have is they use that as an excuse to vote in people like Hilary. Saying things like they are all the same and such. If that's true then why are we complaining? We may as well just sick back and watch while they do away with rights. When gun owners actively support anti gun politicians, like Hilary, they are voting to take their rights away. Some times there is not a lot of difference between the 2 we have to chose from but it's there. Pretending like there is not is giving up. I'm not ready for that yet. Sadly a lot of gun owners have. There is a lot of complaining about the Governors in WA and OR right now with good reason. They are both pretty bad for us. Only problem is gun owners actively worked to get them both elected. They had a choice of people who I am sure would have been better for use, the gun owners. Yet gun owners chose to vote in what we have.
