Now that we have the UN's climate conference about wrapped up, I'm sure he'll be headed back to Chicago to help re-vitalize the climate exchange.
Nothing like the lure of annual billion$, trading carbon credits, to expand a guy's portfolio and get the old creative juices flowing again.

Think about it. "Hilary/Holder" or, "Holder/Hilary" on the 2016 ballot.
They're probably printing the election signs right now.

That would be an awesome ticket. That might be the only ticket in history that gets less votes than Mondale/Ferraro.

Of course that only holds true as long as the opposing card isn't Palin/Jindal.

Feds To Investigate After Grand Jury Declines To Charge White Cops In Fatal Shooting Of "Man" Holding A Pellet Gun At Ohio Walmart

Holder didn't get the desired results, Office Wilson is next. Update to a previous story.

Two Ohio police were justified when they shot and killed a man holding a pellet gun inside a Beavercreek Walmart, a grand jury decided Wednesday in declining to indict the cops.
But the U.S. Justice Department will take a look at the case for possible civil rights violations, the feds announced just hours after the local decision.
John Crawford III, 22, was on his cellphone the evening of Aug. 5 when Sgt. David Darkow and Officer Dean Williams found him down an aisle, holding a Crosman MK-177 BB/pellet rifle in one hand, and opened fire, killing him.
A grand jury, seated Monday, heard from 18 different witnesses, watched and listened to hours of audio and video and found the Beavercreek police officers were not guilty of murder, negligent homicide or reckless homicide, Special Prosecutor Mark Piepmeier said at a news conference following the decision.
A 37-year-old woman, Angela Williams, died after going into cardiac arrest as she ran from the store following the shooting around 8:25 p.m. Aug. 5.
The special prosecutor, appointed to investigate the case by State Attorney General Mike DeWine, called the shooting a tragedy for Crawford's family and the officers, who will live their lives knowing "they took the life of someone who didn't need to die."[...]
Piepmeier showed store surveillance video which captured the moments before, during and after the shooting, all synced up with a 911 call placed by shopper Ronald Ritchie.
Ritchie told dispatchers that Crawford pointed the facsimile weapon at women and children and appeared to be "trying to load" the gun. Earlier this month, he changed his story, telling The Guardian, "At no point did he shoulder the rifle and point it at somebody."
He was waving it around, Ritchie said.[...]
Beavercreek police had undergone training for active shooter situations just two weeks before the deadly confrontation.
The two cops have been on paid leave since the shooting, though investigators have not said which one fired the fatal shot.

Did you see the Walmart security video? The scenario that was described by the "witness" doesn't at all reflect what occurred. I'm absolutely okay with the Feds making sure cops are properly held accountable.

Hours after the news broke that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder plans to resign, Al Sharpton claimed his civil rights group, the National Action Network, is already "engaged in immediate conversations" with the White House about Holder's successor.

"We are engaged in immediate conversations with the White House on deliberations over a successor whom we hope will continue in the general direction of Attorney General Holder," Sharpton said in a statement obtained by Business Insider.o_O

Watch---all the Fast and Furious and Benghazi documentation that Holder was supposed to
provide to Congress will get lost, delayed and temporarily disappear until he is out of office---
then they will spin it so it NEVER comes to light.

Rush Limbaugh: Holder May Be Resigning So Obama Can Nominate Him For Supreme Court…
<broken link removed>
Let's hope he's dead wrong about this…
Via Daily Caller:
Attorney General Eric Holder provides an update on the Justice Department
Rush Limbaugh apparently thinks Eric Holder may be stepping down to make it easier for President Barack Obama to nominate him to the Supreme Court, should a vacancy arise.
"There may be a Supreme Court vacancy — and I can see Barack Obama nominating Eric Holder to fill it," Limbaugh said on his radio show Thursday, according to my colleague Matt Lewis' transcription on Twitter.
Currently there are no vacancies on the High Court, but four of the nine justices are over 70. While it is hard to imagine one of the conservative justices resigning while Obama is president, it isn't impossible in theory to imagine liberal justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, 81, resigning her seat so a liberal president could nominate her replacement. But Ginsberg just rejected the possibility in an interview with Elle Magazine.

It doesn't make ANY DIFFERENCE . . . The Republicans don't have the backbone to follow any evidence up even if they had a boatload of it . . . Spineless curs that they are!!!! The Germans had a term that fit schweinhunds, I think.
