I have two sets of very slightly used Hogue rubber grips for Ruger MK2s & 3s for sale. These are the ones with the thumb rest on the left hand side. They have been put on pistols and used for one outing. I even have the packaging for one of them. I'd like to get $17 for each or both for $30 FTF in the Portland area or I can ship on your dime.
