You need to get certified for Hazmat shipping (take a class and pay some bucks) through either UPS or FedEx. Once certified, you can use either carrier to ship, powder and primers, with the added Hazmat shipping fee. Full loaded ammo, in their original boxes can be shipped through UPS, with an added fee, no Hazmat required, they put a special sticker on the box, as with primers and powders, live ammo has to be shipped by GROUND, no air.Really , , So Dropping off at Ups who is Hazmat Cert. Not legal?.
