HK P7M13 is a nice gun. Unfortunately with them no longer being produced it would mostly be a collectors item at this point and way out of my budget.

That's what I figured, also it would probably be pretty hard to get extra magazines. Plus I want a gun to shoot and it probably wouldn't be feasible to take this one to the range if it's never been fired

That's actually a good price for an M13 (the double stack). If it's really unfired, that's a $2500 gun, easily.

Yup. If it is really unfired, there are some willing to pay a premium.

I had a P7M8 for a while. Got it for CCW but it was just a little too heavy (compared to the more popular polymer choices available.) The quality was excellent and it was very accurate for the bbl length.
