High Standard Sentinel, comes with everything you see here. .22lr cylinder, .22mag cylinder, holster, and have original box(not pictured). Fluted .22lr cylinder has turn ring/scratches in turn line(I believe cyl. lock had a bur?), unfluted .22 mag. cylinder no turn ring. Bluing exc. walnut grips exc.
