Strongly recommended to remove corn from your diet.
 
Don't forget the hidden salt in almost everything. Those who have to restrict salt intake need to be aware of this. Until you need to become aware of the need to curtail consumption of NaCl you don't know how much you're getting before you start shaking it on.
