I've taken a long break from just about all online media just cause being a hermit is in my blood sometimes but that 114 stuff sounds like a raw deal.

I lived in Oregon for 15 years (Baker and Union counties) and first thought the voter initiative process was a novel thing of cutting through red tape but I've come to realize the governmental bureaucracy of getting absolutely nothing done has its advantages.
