Till your hunting buddies take you to their secret spots up on brokeback mountain, get some trigger time at a few of the local ranges. The ones in Portland Metro area are good but a bit of a drive. There are a couple closer to you worth looking at as well.

Yes, but there is still an instructor led component that you have to sign up for when you pass the online instruction.

Not now! One positive thing from the kung flu, anybody needing to do hunter ed in WA or ID now can do it all online.

I'm lucky, in that my company is classified by homeland security as critical infrastructure so I'm still working my normal shifts. Even if we have shelter in place or a curfew etc I'll be exempt to go to work. As long as im not stopping anywhere I'll be safe. I do have to finish my online component though. I better jump on it while its still online as stated above.

I'm just finishing off the winter stockpile of hamburger and steak that I bought and froze when it was cheap last fall... my freezer is pretty bare..... papa needs a deer to help replenish the supply!
