Legislators haven't realize that they are the major cause of more and more people owning guns? Or people haven't realize that legislators are the major cause? Or both?

This is why I dumped Wounded Warrior's. When I first heard of them it sounded great and I sent them some money a few times. Then they sent me some propaganda about how we needed to keep the guys from having guns who come home as surely they would use them to kill themselves. I told them they had seen the last of my money. They still kept sending me crap begging for money for years after.
