...would be nice if you could use the shotgun barrel with the rifle, like you could with H&R.
But the wood is so nice you'll want separate stocks for them anyways.

I'm just thinking about the practicality of going into the field with one gun case that contains a single receiver and two barrels, one centerfire rifle, the other shotgun.
There are times I've gone hunting and wished I'd brought the other gun.
...and the stocks on all of those guns are fantastic!
 
Good, Henry has life time warrenty. Bad, the repair work can be horrible! From barely workable to you are worse off then what you started with. At least my experience with them. Now we will hear from trolls who claim that Henry service is better than splinterless TP (1935 in case you were wondering. Things like that tend to stick in your....um... mind). Some Henry guns are GREAT, some are junk.
