The author of that missive can probably expect a visit from LEOs.

Definitely frustrated, and likely to have a visit paid, perhaps not. Not sure the observers who missed the San Berdoo couple really have the man power or the smarts to go after Bowman. Sounds like a Trump man to me....

They will never have to attempt an apocalyptic gun-grab (the one which initiates the next "civil war") so long as they can successfully employ incrementalism.
Happily, polls show the majority of the population now believes in being armed for self-defense, unlike 20 years ago. This after 50 years of progressive propaganda against guns.
Current attempts at "reasonable" gun law include AW & magazine bans, all with the excuse that "no one NEEDS 30 rounds to hunt deer," or in the "magic background check" to prevent evil/crazy people from accessing firearms/knives/nail-clippers which which they might hurt themselves or someone else. (And none of which laws would have prevented any of the "mass" shootings of the last ten years - which they even admit!)
Remember though: If you hit them with facts, be prepared to be called "racist" or "hick" or "stupid gun-nut" or some such. Since their arguments are all and only based on emotion, enraged name-calling is their only fallback.
Hoplophobia should be classified as a mental illness, and probably would be, but for all the shrinks who suffer from it themselves.

For those (possibly few) who aren't aware: "Henry Bowman" is the main character in the book "Unintended Consequences" by author John Ross. The lesson of this fiction goes to what MAY happen due to ongoing abuses of Federal and State authority.
It's a good read, and should be scary to any gun-grabbing politician or bureaucrat: If Obama/Schumer/Feinstein could ban any book, it would be this one.
