Help With Pictures

Can someone help me on getting pictures to upload?
I have done everything I can think of to get pictures to upload. I even opened a photobucket account and I guess I just don’t get it.

My pictures are within the size limitations and it is a jpeg file. I keep getting this is not a valid file type.

Please help, I guess I am just picture upload impaired.
