Help: Which model of Ruger AR-15 is this?

So I was watching the "Keep and Bear" documentary and near the end of it, this gun was on the screen. He said "This is my Ruger AR-15". However I've been trying to identify which model (sub-model?) of Ruger this is specifically. I can find none that have this stock or shortened quad-rail.

Is this thing just a regular model with changes made or is there a Ruger AR-15 that is sold in this exact configuration that I just can't seem to find out on them internets? Help me out here please.

Aftermarket parts. On an AR-556. Nothing special.

Figured as much. It was the shortened quad rail that threw me a bit..

That carbine-length quad rail is the same length as the plastic handguards that came on it originally.

Yep it's just odd to see a quad rail that isn't about twice as long.
Plus I don't think I've seen an AR with that stock on it before. Then again I don't get out enough...

EDIT: And now I see that Primary Arms carries that stock and it's a Mission First Tactical BATTLELINK Minimalist.
