Help me identify my Mauser, please

Can someone help me identify which model of Mauser this is? It's chambered in 30-06. Got it from my wife's grandfather who said he owned it 35ish years.

it is. the action is a3,the floorplate is 03.

Thank you! When we took it into gun shop, the sales person said it was a Mauser.

I appreciate your help. I ended up taking off the front scope ring base and found some more info. It's a Remington. The serial number also indicates (from the chart I found) that it was manufactured in 1943... there is a stamp on the barrel "1.9.45" though.
