Help me identify make and possibly year of this 30 cal spam can?

Hey guys, im new to surplus spam cans for US surplus calibers. I did a bunch of searching online and tried to use search function here with no luck.

I know it is .30-06, know it was intended for an M1 Garand, it is obviously ball ammo, but haven't been able to identify who made it or when.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for that info. That would make it non-corrosive then, according to info I found online (supposedly swapped to non-corrosive primers in '51)
Could you share how you identified the year of manufacture?
