Lol but I guess he did say to help him choose so asking those kinds of questions might better help him so I guess I'm a moron.. it's late and I'm tired.

I recently asked members for their opinions on 3 different .22lr pistols. I did NOT ask people to help me decide. Whenever members do that I wonder if they would like a random bunch of opinionated fools to pick the woman they would spend the rest of their lives with....:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Having enough $$ to buy a new gun, especially when you have other guns that satisfy basic needs so you can just indulge your fancies, is fun. Making the decision is very pleasurable in and of itself. OP is just letting us share in the pleasure.

I've never been able to get too worked up over shotguns, myself. They've always felt like a power tool, just need something quality and reliable, and I'm happy. Pump guns fit the bill best for me, due to the major variance of ammo.

...now handguns, I'm all about getting fancy. Maybe it's just because when I first started buying, you really did run into a "get what you pay for" thing with pistols. It's really only in the last 10 or 15 years where a couple hundred dollar handgun was almost certainly going to be rock solid. I could be rationalizing, but either way I'd say get that Beretta.

It's imperative that you Resident Evil that sucker out too. Seriously, are you ever gonna forgive yourself for your big purchase in an outbreak NOT being a RCPD handgun?
Yeah plus the timing with corona and RE3 remake coming out is perfect.

This one? Drool....... Beretta 92 Elite II

I don't know anything about it, but Langdon has a solid rep. and I suspect you'd pay more for this is you bought it new and tryed to duplicate the work.
No the one I decided to get is the langdon tactical. The one I am getting has the trigger job by langdon and has the spartan tritium sights as well.

I'd go with the Beretta. That way when you are watching resident evil or Die Hard, you have something cool to fondle.

A nice light and one of those 30 round stick mags and you're set for home defense or a fun day at the range.

I decided on the Beretta the guy at DS Grips was super cool when I was hyped to get his work he mentioned he had a set with a blemish on the backside of the grips that is against the frame he was able to finish and ship them in one day! These are not my grips they will be here Thursday but these are some of his work.

Today is the last day of the Beretta $100 rebate promo on the new 92X.
That should scratch your "M92 itch" and save you some money.

Plus this gets you in the club for a very nice price...
I already decided on a different 92 I looked at the 92x but I am not a fan of the vertec frame so I decided to get the kitted out Langdon Elite with the trigger job and spartan sights. I am going to be putting custom S.T.A.R.S resident evil grips on it too.

You are going to be amazed and delighted.
Best,
Gary
I am hoping so I have always loved the 92 from action movies to games its always interested me and from what I understand the elites worked over by Langdon Tactical are supposed to be some of the best Berettas you can buy.

I thought I wanted a Wilson M92.
Then a M92A1 came along for $499 and I grabbed it.
I scratched the itch and saved $700.
They are one of the Hall-of-Famers.
Even the mag inserts like "butta".

one of the main things for me was trigger I am Shadow 2 and 2011 guy so the fact that the langdon trigger job and optimized bar takes 75% of the reset and takeup out of the single action was a big draw for me.
