Help identifying unknown item

Thanks for the replys. Do you know the brand, or something that shows how it works? I've just always used a stone. I did a Google image search and couldn't find anything.

Definately a sharpener, but the stone rod/rods are not pictured.

I dunno the brand, but it would operate similar to something like this:

The "clip" thingy works either as a clamp or rest for the knife and the upper guage sets the angle of the rod (rod passes through the upper angle guide) to set the sharpening angle.
