I picked this up back in 2007 for $20. It looks like a PU style scope but it graduates out to, what I assume is, 2000. The only markings are the 14,5 mm and Sr 001168. The little green clamp ring came with it and I have no idea what purpose it serves. Hopefully someone knows something a little more or its value. Pics attached

It is NOT a Mosin PU sniper scope. It is the telescopic sight for the 14.5mm KPV family of heavy machine guns. The internal sighting adjustments are set up for the 14.5mm balistics and not for the 7.62x54r so is useless on a Mosin Nagant. Value? about 50 bucks, no real collector interest in these.
