Is the sizing die set correctly ?
Look on the side of the box the dies came in,there should be listed a shell holder # that corresponds.

The die itself should touch, or almost touch the shell holder at full ram extension. The decapping pin is set separately from the shell holder and is adjustable. After screwing the die so it's in the proper position, I'd drop the decapping pin so the pin will just enter the hole in the shell holder (without a shell in the shell holder) then snug everything in place. Carefully try another shell. It should be fine.

If this doesn't quite make sense. PM me and I'll shoot you my phone number.

Just cut the head off of a finish nail and use that until you can a new pin.

    Just sayin'

before procedeing, are you cases lubed? with the die in the correct positon, you are full lenght sizing, meaning the main part ot the brass case is getting resized to spec. If not lubed, you WILL stick the case in the die. bad.

+1. Bi Mart has both small and large. But you might have to help them find it, its in their little RCBS jibbie case, just FYI.
