Hello all-
We at Blackwell Industries want to introduce ourselves. We are a gunsmithing shop and firearm manufacturer (FFL type 7 with SOT) based out of Renton, WA who has been in operation since 2005. We specialize in building FAL, AK, AR, other military small arms kits and modifying Saiga rifles and shotguns. We sell retail firearms at the Washington Arms Collectors (WAC) Shows and are happy to do special orders and receive your firearms from outside transactions for the local SF 4473 transfer for a small fee.
We have our own line of AR-15 receivers that are manufactured by Mega Machine out of Tumwater, WA who also are the "go to guys" for several bigger names and smaller names within the firearms industry. Some of these other companies want you to believe that they have the CNC machine in the back room cranking out AR Lowers. We at Blackwell Industries feel that customer trust starts from the very beginning and we hope to gain your trust and business.
Please visit our website and for any Washingtonians who are in need of Class III (yes in Washington we have a very limited Class III that our powers to be have granted us so no laughing Oregon or Idaho) or other firearm needs or should your collection call out for an AR-15 lower please contact us. Our lead-time for builds as of 17 MAR is about 8 to 12 weeks out due to the current rush on business.
