Been lurking here for a long time...figured it was time to introduce myself.
From the Eugene, OR area and have been into firearms for quite a while. Got my wife introduced a couple years back and we have both been fairly active shooters since. It has been all target/range shooting. Mostly pistol, but the rifles and shotty have seen their fair share of paper and clay as well. My wife really loves 3rd gen smiths (her fav is her 1006) and I am partial to older war rifles and anything else with a bit of range. Nothing like shooting a 95 year old combat rifle...feels so much better than the newer stuff. Figured I would take that all to the next step, decided to take the leap earlier this year, and am going to try my sights at hunting. Not sure how well I'll like it, but I'll try anything once.
