The Hellcat ALICE pack upgrade is pretty darned decent:

I decided to experiment with some different flavors and varieties of my own. Keeping what I like, but I've got a leftover. The biggest thing to bear in mind now is that gear queers probably need not apply, since not all the colors match prettily. There's a mix of OD and Desert. The build is solid ... just not of the "does this coyote brown pack make my butt look fat?" sort. Throw a cheap cover over it and you'll be good to go. It's a dotmil pack and dotmil sleeping system carrier.
Medium is gone.
The other is a like-new Large ALICE on a standard ALICE frame, fastex buckles on top closure straps, UPGRADED TO TACTICAL TAILOR PADDED WAIST BELT, SpecOps shoulder straps. $75 or $5.20 face junk silver. $12.50 face if 40% Kennedys
Stuffed toys not included.
