In the last 2 years I have become horribly intolerant of dairy products. Some things just weren't meant to be consumed by adults

A friend tells me that cows milk is basically blood, apart from the color
Doesn't make the almond milk go down any easier tho

Cows milk is fat and water to keep it simple.

Found out over 20 years ago I was alergic to gluten. Local "witch doctor" figured it out. My regular doc was clueless. As to rest of this topic blame wall street commodity brokers for the forcing the farmers to growing monsato foods. Then it the chain stores who run the local grocery stores out of business. Then the local grocery distributor who tells the mom and pop grocery store owner "if you buy from a local source I will cut you off and never deliever here again" By the way "Organic" is a scam. Works on the city folks great. Promoted by people who got there agriculture education at the end of a pot pipe and keg of beer.
