HB 1240- What should I buy?

I bought a James River M14 on a Bula Defense receiver with USGI (milsurp) internals back when they were still somewhat affordable. With quality ammo that thing is a legitimate match rifle. I'm a little out of practice with it now but I used to get holes touching at 200 yards from the unsupported prone position. I would recommend someone buy one of these in a heartbeat. No regrets whatsoever.

I bought a JRA M14 and I had to send it back to Bula Defense since it was not cycling rounds properly.

I would pull the charging handle and it would fine on the first round but spent round would not eject. Once I got it back it took to and indoor range I shot 80 rounds through it to be sure it was fixed.
